She earned her doctorate in 2022 with a thesis on the impact of surgical variability in the treatment of breast cancer, which was awarded the distinction Excellent Cum Laude.
Since 2016, she has been practicing as a breast surgeon at the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital in Barcelona and also serves as an associate professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. She is a member of several multidisciplinary committees, including those for breast cancer and melanoma.
Dr. Blay Aulina is also an active researcher, having published numerous scientific articles on innovative surgical techniques and breast cancer treatments. She is recognized for her expertise in endoscopic and robotic breast surgery and is a regular lecturer at international conferences.
